Quick answers to common admission questions

What is the minimum percentage required for admission?
For general category, minimum 60% in the previous class examination is required. For SC/ST category, the requirement is 55%. However, final admission depends on entrance test performance.
Can I join mid-session?
Mid-session admissions are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to seat availability and clearing a special assessment test. Please contact our admissions team for details.
Is hostel mandatory for the residential program?
For students opting for the residential program, hostel stay is mandatory. However, local students can choose the day-cum program if they prefer to stay at home.
What is the refund policy?
Fee refund is available if withdrawal is requested within 15 days of admission with 10% deduction. After 15 days but before session start, 25% is deducted. No refund after session begins, except in exceptional circumstances.
Are there separate hostels for boys and girls?
Yes, we have completely separate hostel buildings for boys and girls with dedicated wardens and staff. Girls' hostel has enhanced security measures and female-only staff.
What if I want to change my program after joining?
Program changes are possible within the first month of joining, subject to seat availability and clearance of required tests for the new program. Please discuss with the academic counsellor.
